Please see Turn Around Times page for information on when you can expect your order. 

  • We do NOT accept returns or cancellations. Please make sure to double check your cart and read all sizing charts before placing your order.
  • Orders can NOT be edited once placed (changing size, quantity, etc.)
  • Orders will NOT be combined to ensure your order is correct. 
  • Damaged/Defective/Incorrect Items - please contact us via the contact page or on Facebook messenger or Instagram with your order number, issue, and photos within 48 hours of receiving your order. Damaged items will be replaced or refunded if it cannot be replaced. 

Once your package has been shipped/received by USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc., it is now the responsibility of the carrier. We are NOT responsible for any delays due to the carrier. Please make sure your address is CORRECT before placing your order. We are NOT responsible for shipping to an incorrect address. If you have not received an order marked as DELIVERED, please contact the delivery service for tracking and locating your order. We are unable to see any more information on tracking than you are. 

LOST PACKAGES: USPS has a waiting period of 15 before a claim can be filed. Filing a claim with USPS is the responsibility of the buyer, the buyer will need the invoice and tracking number to file.
